Little Feeties
Claire enjoys trying on my shoes. And it's especially funny now to see her put them on and try to walk in them. Sweet thing trips and stumbles all over the place, but keeps sliding her little feeties back in and pretends to be a big girl. Oh speaking of big girls...the other day, she found a dryer sheet and started wiping down the coffee tables, like she was cleaning/dusting. I tell ya, even at 15 mo I have to really watch my actions and words!

A Great Day For The Park
Today was sunny and in the 70's. So, daddy packed us up in the car and drove downtown to Waterfront Park. Claire enjoyed her first taste of walking in the grass and trying new playground toys. She's only done the slide and swing. This time she enjoyed the teeter todder and tunnel. She enjoyed watching other kids play and the stroll we took along the river. Praise the Lord for Sunshine!

So Close!
Our sweet baby Claire had her 15 month check up today. Most babies get to turn their car seat around by their 1st birthday. (Note: child must be 1 year old AND weigh 20 lbs.) However our little lady did not, so when we placed her on the scale this afternoon, everyone hovered as we watched the digits climb to...19.4 lbs. Soo she continues to see the back of the car. Her doctor did say to give her about 2 more weeks and then she should be able to turn around. We'll have to celebrate with a new car seat, as she still uses her infant one. :) Other than that she checked out great!
PS - we had a girls week at Grammy's here are a couple pics from that.

I L-O-V-E Brilliant Bows
The Original Headband - that left indentation!
Claire wore the "Classic" to her 1st birthday party
She wears the "Jennifer" bow most often
Here is the "Jennifer" bow again
Here is the "Jacqueline" for a Sunday morning church dress.
And my personal favorite, the "Jaimie" bow that also looks cute with her Valentines day outfit.
When Claire was younger I would take her out in public and so many people would say, "HE's so cute" or "What's HIS name" or something along those lines, even when decked out from head to toe in pink. So I decided to make sure SHE always had a bow in her hair. First I tried the ever popular hand band, but that left dents in Claire's little head and Tony said never again. Sooo that's when i found out about BRILLIANT BOWS. "Bows that stay put Brilliantly" and they really do work and are so cute AND a great price. Even if you don't have a little girl of your own, they make great gifts. Here are a few pictures of Claire in her favorite bows. And to order some for your little one or maybe even a friend, go to http://www.brilliantbows.com/
You can click on some of the pictures to get a closer look at the bows.
